I almost hit a deer but I did hit a mailbox and damaged my 2017 Titan. After the kept it for about 2 months longer than what they told me I finally got my truck back. A month after I got it back I had a bad oil leak. I would put oil in it until I had a chance to take it back because it was still under warranty. When I did take it back they kept it for another 4 days and that was my only way to go. Taking wayyyy longer than quoted and they keep adding another week and another week at this point they've added a month of their own time on top of a month of being there, they didn't have the parts like they said they did after drop off (waited 1-2 weeks for them to get parts then we would drop off but they lied and said they had the parts so the car sat like it is now) (picture below) when we dropped it off , they left our vehicle outside in the elements with no windows (fuse box exposed under missing window) and raining i... read more
