Dr. Thorn is very warm and friendly and knowledgeable. He is easy to be around and talk about hard things. I like that he is not afraid to jump right in after hearing all relevant facts and assess the situation and give suggestions. I would recommend him to others.
Not a good experience. He played mind games instead of actually helping. I spent a lot of time going over the same things that he couldn't remember from the previous appointment. Their billing was a joke. I've had MUCH better experiences with less qualified people. Definitely spend your money elsewhere.
He yelled at me until I left his office, chased me out the lobby and down the hallway, and when I turned back to say something to him, physically pushed me out of the doorway and shoved the door closed on my foot. He also told me that he was "a (expletive) good psychologist" and his door was always open if I wanted to come back for more help.
