Worst medical practice with a completely incompetent staff. I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this office. The billing department repeatedly sends incorrect and false medical bills, and there is absolutely no reliable way to get in touch with them to resolve issues. Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and there is zero accountability. The staff is inexperienced, rude, and completely unprofessional. They have no sense of time or urgency. I was delivered by Dr. Kirit Patel and Dr. Atul Patel in 2014, and to this day, I’m deeply grateful for the care I received from both of them. I always say I'm going to visit and bring my kids but I'm always forgetting, he's definitely a very good doctor very honest. I was a character I had him laughing all the time but I was serious My girls are 30 and 31 years old now I told him I wasn't having anymore children after my second one and I meant it🤣 the pain my youngest gave me shop was closed.. if my girls ever get pregnant he definitely will be their doctor although it doesn't look like they will ever get pregnant they said they love their freedom they don't wan... read more

There is no negative rating in the google review otherwise I'd given -100. The best worst practice you would have seen in your life time. Rude & unprofessional practice. way long wait times to see the provider & the staff is very rude & the phone calls never gets answered. Looks like there is a rift between father & the son for the practice, this Edison office is deserted now but still long wait times & rude behavior of the staff.
