Worst experience with this hospital. They don’t value patients and don’t care what your situation is. They pass you along like your call means nothing to the next person. Their supervisor Aditi is not helpful at all. Not recommended for any kind of visit. Check your administration folks Dr Kirit Patel.
Dr. Patel saved my life. During my delivery in 2020, I went from 1 cm to 10 cm in about five minutes, so by the time the nurse called him to come, it was too late. The baby was coming. The doctor on staff entered to deliver the baby with about seven residents. He had one of the residents deliver my baby. The nurse said I was bleeding badly and told the doctor that he needed to find where I was bleeding to stitch me up properly; however, this doctor stitched me up in the incorrect spot. Worst medical practice with a completely incompetent staff. I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this office. The billing department repeatedly sends incorrect and false medical bills, and there is absolutely no reliable way to get in touch with them to resolve issues. Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and there is zero accountability. The staff is inexperienced, rude, and completely unprofessional. They have no sense of time or urgency.
