Kirin Crossfit is the best gym around! They make Crossfit approachable for every ability level, making accommodations for those who need it and pushing those who don't know what they are capable of achieving. The trainers care about your longevity in the gym, taking care in preventing injury and progressing you appropriately. If you need nutrition training they also have you covered. I appreciate that Kirin approaches physical and nutritional training with the whole person in mind.
Kirin Crossfit has changed my life in so many amazing ways. Here you will find an incredible community of kind, encouraging and fun people. The coaches are fantastic and the programming is top notch.
