My heater stopped working and I called for service. They said they would call me back, but I waited 3–4 hours while my house was freezing. When I tried calling again multiple times, no one answered, and it even seemed like my number was blocked. Very unprofessional service.

What can I say but extreme happiness our furnace clanked out and K-Air was there the next day. They explained me in detail how I needed to be done. Gave a fair price and installed within one day extremely happy customer here.
