Marsha was late to our initial meeting (which was to be via Zoom), and then when I indicated that i'd decided to go another route, after waiting over 10 minutes past our appointment time, she seemed very unconcerned and unprofessional, and even said she had been "waiting for me" online. Not a great first impression.
Marsha is one of the best counselors I have ever seen she is great to work with
I have known Marsha for 20 years, and she has listened to me and let me vent. It is nice to know that you can build a relationship with someone that you can trust. Marsha is compassionate, open, empathetic, a good resource and I would recommend her to anyone that even just needs to talk. She listens!! That is very important to me.
