Kirch was incredible to work with. The estimate and planning phase was as pleasant as I have ever experienced. No pushiness, or used car salesman pitches. They were able to perform a total tear down and build our deck in 3 days, with expert precision. Jaclyn went above and beyond with responsiveness to all 3 million questions we had, and never showed and signs of being bothered. That is a rare quality nowadays. Lastly, the deck is beautiful. I highly recommend.
Kirch Improvements installed a new deck for us and did an outstanding job. They were spot on with their estimate and timing for the work. They were very neat and professional and dealt with all of our questions and requests. we really appreciated that John Kirch (the owner of the business) as very involved in the installation process and not just a salesman.
