I wrote a review on Facebook about our experiences with Kirby’s at Winstar. We had several times we received tough not cooked right steaks and spoke to the manager. Once they cooked the same three times and it was still wrong. So anyway had another bad experience there. So after my review I received the rudest email from their district manager Brad Jackson. He’s absolutely the rudest person I have ever delt with!! He definitely needs help. We will NEVER step foot in another in our lives.
