Kirby is a scam. Get a 300 bisssel and they work way better. This 1800 vaccuum is just a hunk of garbage. Dont waste your money on it. High pressure tactics, no follow up. Lies about return window. ( it's only 3 days).
I was told from the person who sold me a 3,000 dollar vacuum i would be able to get free bag . if i new i had to buy bags and eveything else they could keep it .
