I would like to write a different review. I have owned as Kirby since the 80's. After the power vacuums came out, I wanted but couldn't afford one. I found a G4 used for a fraction of the cost, then two years ago, I got a hold of one for 79 dollars because it was in someone's garage, never used the shampooer, and it was like new though dirty.
