Abe repaired our Kirby while we waited. He was courteous and efficient and we are happy with his work! Great place for vacuum cleaner repairs!
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service.
I brought in my vacuum and they were able to fix it in under 24 hours. Marvin was so friendly and helpful, he explained what was wrong and was very patient with helping me understand. He communicated with me and kept me updated on the progress. Excellent service all around!
Brought my Kirby in because it was screaming loud. Apparently the fan had cracked and needed replacing. Initial contact was with Abe and he was great. Picked it up 3 days later and has taken care of by Riley and she too was great. Wonderful service, good pricing and quick turnaround. Very happy.
Five stars for the team at Kirby Vacuum Sales and Service! They fixed my Kirby vacuum quickly, the cost was very reasonable, and the staff was so friendly. My vacuum works like new again. Thank you!
