I never really take the time to write reviews, but I loved the service I received here! This was my second visit to this location, and this time, my Kirby was broken. It was a known issue. I took the entire machine in, and the super nice young guy told me exactly what part was needed and the price for the part and the repair. I’m one very satisfied customer… when I dropped off my Kirby, the young lady who greeted me was incredibly knowledgeable. She knows her trade inside and out. I asked if their business is family owned and she said yes. This made me feel good because I love supporting local family-owned businesses. A couple days later, the owner left a message that my machine was ready. The price tag was lower than expected. Great value for the thorough job they did.
