I brought in my vacuum and they were able to fix it in under 24 hours. Marvin was so friendly and helpful, he explained what was wrong and was very patient with helping me understand. He communicated with me and kept me updated on the progress. Excellent service all around!
Brought my Kirby in because it was screaming loud. Apparently the fan had cracked and needed replacing. Initial contact was with Abe and he was great. Picked it up 3 days later and has taken care of by Riley and she too was great. Wonderful service, good pricing and quick turnaround. Very happy.

They were so friendly and fast!
Marvin did a great job repairing my Dyson vacuum. He warned me that if the plastic parts break, the vacuum cannot be repaired as its too old to get the parts. Luckily he was able to do the repair without breaking anything and I've kept my vacuum out of the landfill for a little longer.
