Outstanding customer service!! I called and spoke with Riley. Her dad is the owner of this repair shop. She was friendly and quite knowledgeable about vacuums. She discussed the possible problems with both my vacuums. I brought both of my Dyson's in to be repaired. One is a stand up and the other one, stick.
