This vendor is overpriced for parts and or services. Also, I wasn't pleased the quality of work provided. Customer service skills are lacking and adjustments should be made. I'm in the process of finding another provider even if it means driving an hour to Marietta.
Very poor customer service. I walked into this establishment and was not greeted with a hello. I informed the gentleman about the issue with my vacuum and was told, “You owe 69 Dollars”. Also the place was not clean. I have never ever been treated this way. Consumers please find another Kirby distributor. Visit the Kirby.com site or call customer service.
Update after theirReply: I still definitely would not recommend buying a Kirby from any of the locations!!! Most Kirby sales are in the field so I am referring to the brand itself but since you want to mention exact location the Sales person is from your location. At the end of the day you do business with Merchant Acceptance reason your customers are dealing with them so it’s not totally them alone.
I tried to avoid this location because it takes forever for them to have the bags and other supplies I need in stock so im already annoyed with them, but i never heard back from Conyers so I took my machine here. My machine has a burning smell when I use it and a rattling sound when its pushed. The guy turned the machine on and back off and said "its something you did". What? THEE WORST, SOME GIGGLY YOUNGMAN (ASSUMEDLY THE REPAIRMAN)MET ME AT THE COUNTER, I WANTED HIM TO TURN THE VACUUM ON HE SAID HE COULDNT BECAUSE IT HAD NO BAG, HE DIDN'T CLEAN IT UP AND CHARGED ME $225 JUST TO LOOK AT IT,(AN EXTRA $60 TO CLEAN IT IF I'D WANTED IT,) I ASKED WHY HE TOOK OUT THE ORIGINAL BAG IF IT WASN'T DIRTY, THE FEMALE JUMPED IN SAYING "ITS NOT ONE OF OURS " BUT EXPECTED ME TO "BUY" A NEW PKG.
