South Hills Kirby was wonderful. I brought my vacuum in for servicing after it wasn’t picking up as well. They were professional and even brought my vacuum in for me from the car. She had it fixed in one day and the price was better than I expected. I highly recommend this for service!
Two days in a row after telling them day one not interested. Called the police due to their attitude problem and not getting the point! Call the non-emergency number and check to see if the license plate reads DOLEIT. WANT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS THREE DAYS IN A ROW?
I bought my Kirby about 40 years ago. Have never had a problem with mine. Periodically I have it cleaned and checked. Most recently, I dealt with Beth. She was very kind, professional and provided excellent customer service.
