Our experience was exceptional. Ian our Taxi driver arrived on time, was very courteous and provided us with a very smooth and relaxed journey to Birmingham airport . He dropped us off right outside the terminal and provided us with all the information we needed for our return pickup after our holiday. Highly recommend.

Ive had three taxis over the past 4 days, from start to finish the service has been perfect. The gentleman who took my booking was polite and friendly, the taxi drivers all had a friendly personality,. I felt safe and confident. I highly recommend Kirby Taxis

Read the reviews and they didn’t disappoint. Friendly and helpful. Arrived on time. Although our flight was delayed returning home, there was no trouble meeting the taxi. Great communication and even sent a picture of the car to make it easy to find. Would highly recommend. Definitely made the airport journey less stressful.

Great service, clean and comfortable vehicle and very polite and professional driver. Our flight was delayed but the driver messaged us as soon as we landed to assure us that he would be there at the new time and sent a link to live tracking so we could see exactly where he was and was there at exactly the right time.
