The whole process from start to finish was very easy. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They didn't have the color I wanted but the very next morning I received a phone call, and they had my car. The Love-Encore program is great. I attended the technology review and learned several things about my new car.

We have had an amazing experience with Kirby Subaru! We recently had to take our car in for a few service appointments - and they were so accommodating. From drop off to pick up, we felt welcome and cared for. In particular Gabriela and Emmanuel were exceptional and we cannot thank them enough for their kindness. (They even helped take in and out our car seats for our two toddlers!)
