I’m sorry I’m not able to give a very good review right now. This time being that I’m very disappointed in the service that I paid for.
Everyone at Kirby Subaru are fabulous and friendly and truly take care of you and your car. My precious baby needed some TLC and that’s exactly what she got! I’d like to give a personal shout out to Dennis Espinoza for always providing amazing friendly service!
My 2018 Crosstrek required some serious repairs, all under warranty. Patrick in the service department provided phenomenal service. He kept me well informed on the repair and warranty process. I am grateful and happy he handled everything with extreme care and consideration. I will continue to use Kirby Subaru for all maintenance.
Kirby Subaru in Ventura is amazing!!! I really dislike salespeople, but Eric Oland is the best! No high pressure. Lots of great information. Also, their service department is awesome!! I live over an hour away, so it takes some planning to service my car. I arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment. They started working on my car immediately and I was out of there within 30 minutes! I can’t say enough good about them. Every person I have dealt with has been kind, knowledgeable and a delight to be around.
Gabby was the best! She had my new Subaru service without an appointment! Very happy with her service! Robert Papandrea
