I came to pick up the cargo, before the appointment, they didn't load it. They said we were going to lunch at 11:37. Although lunch would have started at 12 or 1 pm. They made me wait. There was no one there the whole time, although they could have loaded it and let me go. The employees are slobs, they love to eat!!! It would be better to arrive on time!
Parts guys are great. Service guys are good and quick.
Picked up thermostat for Dresser 125G track loader and Ed helped me find & order a parts manual & air filters for the same equipment. They will be shipped to my house. Clean, professional & helpful facility
Can't get them to answer a dam phone!
