Worst company to deal with! Little boy austin gives me a sob story to purchase the vacuum, gets me to sign everything then when I politely tell them I don't want it they make it as hard as possible to return it then when my boyfriend takes it in they don't even have our vacuum! Rude people,watch out for them ,tell them to get lost!looks like I'll be calling my lawyer.
