Well - I was promised a refund but did not get the full refund. I basically paid them to not deliver. That is AN IMPORTANT PRINCIPAL. I dropped their service do to lack of service and to then be told I lied about my responsibility to get my can to the road (only I had video footage that proved otherwise) and then requested a refund only to get part of a refund. LOUSY SERVICE - Really. Customer doesn't just extend to the act of - it is the entire company providing it - I did not get that.

I would like to put a 5 as I haven't had any trouble until this past week. This review comes solely from "lack of cust service". Change is hard and I believe the company is in need of drivers (I am assuming this as I saw an ad in the paper). My trash didn't get picked up Thurs as it normally does. Friday - I saw the truck come around early afternoon and then again late day - didn't empty my trash at all. I called them - (I paid the month before quarterly).
