If I could give this guy a 10 he is worth it. I don't know why there is one or more bad reviews.....this shop and it's owner are off the charts wonderful!! Good prices advice and great on repairs!! Thank you !! THIS IS THE ONLY KIRBY SHOP TO GO TO !
This guy is a little odd but knows his stuff. It’s a Mom and Pops so he might have odd hours some times which he’s entitled to in my opinion. I’m just glad there is a place to fix my vacuum and not be taken advantage of.
Would NOT go to this distribution center...JOHN is very unprofessional and rude. On Google it states they are open at 9:30-5:30pm friday. Luckily I called and per voicemail they open at 12:30-5:30pm..honest mistake but they may want to change it on google for convenience to customers. BUT I drive in traffic all the way from tracy (55min) to have a sign on the door stating be back tomm. at 12:30pm...NOW I AM IRRITATED! This place is disgusting and the owner John is extremely rude if you are dumb enough to do business here I feel horrible for you for doing that to yourself be ready to get screamed at for no reason.
