I have had the best experience with Kirby Nelson and his amazing staff. They are attentive, positive and trustworthy. They have provided me with the utmost care and respect. After having braces in my teens my teeth had shifted back eventually causing issues. After my first visit to their Enumclaw office I was given the red carpet treatment. We have been seeing DR. Kirby since Feb of 2025 so not long but twice we've had emergency/after hours issues come up and twice Audra has meet us in Enumclaw to open the doors and get my son out of pain. The Enumclaw office and staff is top notch!
I had my doubts about this place, but I'll tell you this, 3 years later my wife's teeth are straight as a ruler. Props to Dr. Nelson for giving her smile back.
