Went with my girlfriend to get her treated and the doctors were extremely rude and disrespectful. They were unattentive and didn’t show up every thirty minutes to monitor her vitals as they were supposed to, and dismissed all of her concerns and pains. They told her nothing was wrong but still sent her out the door in tears with a random prescription. Don’t take yourself or any loved once to this clinic under any circumstances.
Disturbingly not attentive , took my infant in at 11:40 pm, 1 other person was being seen, an older women. My infant was running a 104 fever. By 2 am had not been seen and after hours of screaming uncontrollably in discomfort we went home as we had a follow up with our doctor. Before we went home the teenager working the front desk said she could check to see if a nurse could come “advise us” only to tell us we’d have to wait for that. Luckily our daughter was fine. My grandmother was seen her in the emergency room by Dr catoure. She was dismissive and extremely rude. She refused to do any additional testing on my 80 year old grandma that was in agonizing pain. Doctor made jokes about what my partner came in to be seen for. This was highly unnecessary accompanied with him slamming the door on his way out. My partner ended up denying treatment and leaving. Having a local emergency room is very convenient and some of the staff are amazing; however, bad experiences like this make me question traveling further to seek care.
