My grandmother was seen her in the emergency room by Dr catoure. She was dismissive and extremely rude. She refused to do any additional testing on my 80 year old grandma that was in agonizing pain. Doctor made jokes about what my partner came in to be seen for. This was highly unnecessary accompanied with him slamming the door on his way out. My partner ended up denying treatment and leaving. Having a local emergency room is very convenient and some of the staff are amazing; however, bad experiences like this make me question traveling further to seek care.
Such a good experience! Went in for a possible kidney stone. In and out in less than 3 hours. Taken to a room right away, labs run, and saw the doctor within 30 mins. Staff was so friendly and nice! Thank you for the quick and compassionate care!
My elderly Mother was diagnosed with a SERIOUSLY PAINFUL & HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS bacteria infection... C-Diff Colitis. They gave her some fluids, an oral shot, a cat scan, diagnosed her and sent her home. WTH??? Why is an elderly person with a highly contagious & very debilitating ailment just sent home to die on their own??? Their response... "We send people home contagious all the time.
