Nobody picks up the phone nobody calls back.
Unable to get anyone to respond for 3 days. Left message but no call back. When I call I am asked to hold but no one comes back and at 7 minutes on hold, I hung up. And I just wanted to confirm the appointment time and ask if any instructions.
Update...after I finally got call center to schedule appt...I love the ladies at the actual center..they are so personable and friendly!
