My kitchen was remodeled by kirby. I was told the project would take 6-8 weeks, it took 6 months. By my count, there were nearly 40 days when no one came to do any work and I was just stuck with a gutted kitchen and no progress being made. The quote I was given was grossly under quoted as they only quoted for 1 slab of granite and I ended up needing 3! And that's just one example... We have a bathroom that needs remodeling. A site visit to get the information for an estimate was had. We were told to expect a quote in 2-3 weeks. A month passed and nothing. I called left multiple messages at the company and nothing. About 2 months after the initial site visit someone finally called me back and was told they are too busy for my project. Thus, while the office personal was nice I would never try to use them because of lack of communication.
