This company is under new management. I met with Tim and he was great!! No haggling over price, he offered his best price in a short amount of time. I bought a Kirby Vacuum and it's been a great purchase so far. Tim even threw in a few extras.
Reliable but communication is Key! "Mom and Pop Shop" layout. At first I was expecting the type commercial service but its just one guy and he fixes the vacuums you already own. I personally appreciate it because i spent 1500 on a vacuum that I couldn't get help with anywhere else. Its not a commercial sales spot it's like going to Mr. Fix It's house. Just call first and he will accommodate.
I was really impressed by what the Kirby did to my sofa, deep vaccuuming!! Walter Ramos said he was new to the company but he gave me a great visual and Brian as well. Unfortunately it was holiday season but I maybe will purchase one in the future.
Just left this Kiby place. He went on and on about all of the expensive repairs that I will need. Hello! We are in the middle of a pandemic so I don’t have $230 laying around. I asked to purchase a belt. A bag of (3) is $12 so he puts one on and charges me $20. I then tell him I have a price sheet so quote me the price of a bag he states the aforementioned then reluctantly hands me a belt. They are only a repair shop and use and sell used refurbished parts. Only bags and shampoo are new and you pay a lot more than you would if you order from Kirby direct. I spent over $112. Asked if my parts were new and was told yes, nothing was in a bag or box. When I asked why the shampoo roller was so dusty he said oh it was used once in a demo.
