I called and was able to get my Kirby there fixed and serviced immediately, the service was quick in my opinion and I am so happy with everything John did, my vacuum had been broken two months so I’m so excited to have to back! Susan is so sweet as well
I've been to van nuys, granada hills and now I've had the opportunity to get service at the palmdale location. I highly recommend since they are very professional and do a great job. I've owned my Kirby since 2007 and after taking my Kirby for service it operating like the first day I owned it. Thank you guys!
Rosa is very sweet and kind. John, I believe that is his name, is always so professional and has spectacular customer service. We need more people like these two individuals in all retail stores. It takes a few days to get our vacuum serviced, but it works great afterwards. They even offer a loaner vacuum too. Overall a wonderful business.
