Billy came to clean our carpets with the Platinum Kirby and I couldn’t believe the amount of dirt it sucked up! He also shampooed and they looked amazing afterwards! He shows us how a lot of the attachments work and we actually had a fun time!! I’d highly recommend this new Kirby. It’s lighter than the last model and definitely did a better job. Won a free carpet cleaning from the home show. Didn't realize I won a free 3 hour show and sell. Kept asking me how much I could put down and afford after I said I just couldn't do it. Felt like I was shamed after I told him to not call someone to see if he could get me a "better" price and after he got me a "better" price, I just simply couldnt afford to purchase it. Billy & Noah were very helpful by showing me the new features on my vaccume. Did a great job highly recommend Kirby!
Kaleb did a great job showing me the cleaning system. He was professional and thorough. As far as the Kirby itself, the attachment demos were super impressive. The team did a great job working to get us a good price. My only suggestion for improvement is for in-home appointments to make sure the homeowner who sets up the demo is the same person home to see the demo!
