This place does excellent repairs, I repair vacuums too, but what I can't manage to do, they always find a way to surprise me
Was amazed dropped off my Kirby 9.30 am. The new owner called at 1.30pm same day. Stated his service was done on my Kirby. Wow I was amazed by the same day service. Reliable and very friendly while expressing my concerns on problems with my item. Will sure go back there again. 5 star plus.
Billy came to clean our carpets with the Platinum Kirby and I couldn’t believe the amount of dirt it sucked up! He also shampooed and they looked amazing afterwards! He shows us how a lot of the attachments work and we actually had a fun time!! I’d highly recommend this new Kirby. It’s lighter than the last model and definitely did a better job. Won a free carpet cleaning from the home show. Didn't realize I won a free 3 hour show and sell. Kept asking me how much I could put down and afford after I said I just couldn't do it. Felt like I was shamed after I told him to not call someone to see if he could get me a "better" price and after he got me a "better" price, I just simply couldnt afford to purchase it.
