Absolutely 5 Star! Small family business that greets you with a smile, works on your vacuum while you wait, and charges you an unquestionably fair rate for repairs. The way business used to be done in your neighborhood repair shop. I will now keep my 35 yr old kirby forever, cause I know where to get it fixed right!
