They will play games with your paper work and when u try to use the warnty 10 years later you will find out they bait and switched your model so your numbers don't match and can't get the thing fixed. Can you say hello Dyson.
the only reason they even have one star was so I could write a review. I have a kirby and referred them to my aunt...never again! they charged her over 2000.00 and 5 months later she is still fighting to get a refund because she never received her vac! don't do it! I will never suggest going through kirby to anyone ever again!
Cannot contact them about the broken product I am stuck paying for! Don't fall for it!!
Seems like a good product, it's far more expensive than it is worth, they attempt to charge $2,400 for it with their financing when the box says it is worth $1,700. The salesman says it's interest but it's really a rental fee let's be serious it's door to door rent a center. Ontop of that they left all of their garbage in my apartment instead of cleaning up after themselves, leaving me and my wife to clean up atleast 50 of those little white filters that were covered with dirt, which spilled out and we then had to use our va... read more
