Purchased Kirby June 2014. Salesman was suppose to follow up with in a month. I called the Pueblo office and after 5 tries, I was schedule to meet with a supervisor at my house on Friday 9/26/14 at 4:00 p.m. He never showed or called. My Kirby needs service and I have been left hanging. Very unprofessional. I guess once they get your money you're on your own. Bad experience .
