Kirby is currently playing games with me! I cancelled within the 3 day deadline. However, almost a month later the Kirby still has not been picked up. The workers are argumentative, rude and disrespectful! I’m getting no where when I call! I misplaced my post office receipt but prior to the misplacement I check the tracking number which stated the form had been RECEIVED! The Kirby company are scammers and trying to steal money!

Dropped my vacuum off because it wasn’t working and Tim had it fixed within 45 minutes. Amazing service from Tim, and my vacuum is working better than ever. My partner insisted I leave a review after using it and noticing a complete difference in the way it ran, even before it was broken. Thanks, Tim! Ps you have to call before bringing it in, appointment based, and you have to wait in your car at location while it’s getting worked on. Just FYI
