First time since my mother bought her Kirby in 2008, that she ever had a problem with it. The dealership that shebought it from was no longer there, however..an extremely patient "Jonathan" at the Kirby Company, walked me through how to fix the problem myself over thephone... at no charge.This company is terrific!
