I went here because my Kirby was needing some repairs and/or parts. I wasn't sure what was needed; all I knew was that when we turned on the vacuum, it tripped a circuit! The lady there said it just needed a cord and showed us how to install it ourselves, thus saving us the cost of labor, etc. I've not replaced the cord yet, so, I'm not sure if that'll actually fix the problem. Either way, I will bring my Kirby back here for servicing and anything else I'll need in the future. I appreciated the lady's honesty and integrity.
