Kirby Vac The tech manager Alex was awesome. Told me everything that I needed to get my Kirby back to shape. I haven't serviced it in a couple of years, those things seem to last forever, and it stopped working. Brought it in and Alex explained and showed me what happened. I had him repair it and got it back working better than ever the next day, but now it looks like new. No more hair balls and the shine is crazy good. THANK YOU! :)
Great Service! I cant believe how well and how nice my KIRBY VACUUM looks!!! They do great work and I think that the owner is very nice and proffessional! I talked to him for a while and could tell he really knows his stuff! Every little detail was perfect. I highly recommend this store to everyone!
Customer The Owner or Manager (Steve) will over charge for parts, has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Will call you and hound you to pick up your equipment the day it is fixed. I have never been so disappointed in my life, and this is the first review I have ever written. I highly recommend going elsewhere. I hope he changes his ways or he will not be in business long. Again do not bring your Kirby for service here.
