I love my Kirby. When the guys came I was working outside and had no intentions of purchasing a vacuum that day. I have to admit it was a little annoying to me for them to interrupt my work that day. My husband and I agreed to allowing a demonstration and I have been glad I did every time I use my new Kirby. It is indeed - by far- the best vacuum I have ever used.
