At first I thought this business was alright. The owner helped me with my Kirby and seemed patient explaining it to me. I had trouble with a different vacuum cleaner (a Dyson), he again seemed helpful. He repaired it and dropped it off at my house! When the Dyson broke again a short while later with the same problem, he seemed eager to repair it and declared he would fix it at no charge. That was back in November. I wouldn't even give them a one star rating my mother bought this vacuum from them an she hates it. Never told us that she only 3 days to return it... She absolutely hates this vacuum an they will not take it back. Said she had a year supply of bags an solution for it an come to find out it's only 6 bags for the whole year. She has a German shepherd an they shed alot so 6 bags isn't nothing. She wants this vacuum taken back but they refuse. He took my vacuum over a month ago has avoided my phone calls and hasn't returned my phone calls!!!
