These people are very shady and lie to get your business then they can't be bothered.
It apparently is no longer an exclusive Kirby Sales and Service. Still a vacuum business. It was not even open at 1400 on a Wednesday. No hours posted. A wasted trip for new Kirby bags. I looked in window and it appeared very unorganized to me. BIG BUMMER!!
The Lady who currently owns this vacuum shop (she was friends with the original owner who passed away). She was very nice and helped me get what I needed and for a reasonable price too. Half the price you would pay at most other Kirby Shops. She's very people friendly and we conversed nicely. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs to get a vacuum repaired or parts for it.
Shirley took fantastic care of my beloved, old Electrolux. She had to think outside the box to fix it. The repair was complete in less than a day and essentially gave my vac a spa day. It works like it is brand new! Let's continue to support this great Temple small business. Shirley knows what customer service is truly about.
Growing up and as an adult I've went through so many vacuums! After taking my $120 vacuum to this man, I don't think I'll ever have to buy another one! This man is awesome and his prices are great!
