Bought n vacuum is garbage! Customer service is no where...no return calls no help at all with this vacuum...$2000 piece of garbage n alot of false n broken promises that they are available to help after purchase...Yakima wa
Do not recommend purchasing the Kirby vacuym Not worth the price It's a waste of money
They delete reviews and scam their employees and customers. They aren’t even authorized to sell kirby vacuums. I called the actual kirby company and they said they didn’t know who we were talking about. Don’t buy anything from this company and don’t apply to work here. Someone I knew was a new mom- she was about 19-20, the owner paid her $10 for a week of work and told her “it’s not my fault for young women’s bad decisions. They don’t care about you, they only care about money.
