Today, my home was visited by a man with three other individuals who wished to discuss a Kirby. I was showering, and my partner answered the door. My partner is very nice, so they proceed to start their sales pitch. My partner explains that I am in the shower, but I currently fighting cancer and receiving chemo. My husband let a man and a woman into our home while I was busy getting ready for the day. We had a friend over and he wasn’t interacting with them or anything. Just minding his own business. The people who sold me a Kirby vacuum took my vacuum that worked perfectly. The one I bought from them is so heavy and cumbersome that I can't use it. They left no instruction book so I can't use attachments. I didn't know they were taking my cleaner until they were gone! The worsy!!
