I can not thank you enough forbringing my 2003 Shark vacuum back to life.. Having tried to fix it myself which turned out to be a disaster. With my vacuum being so old Shark no longer had the schematics for this unit on top of that Shark no longer carried the parts. In trying to repair my vacuum 2 magnets fell out and I could not figure out where they went.. Plus to compound the problem one of the hoses was completely shot which I tried to tape up.. This is written by Sandra's husband, Craig. My wife dropped off our Shark Vacuum at Kirby for repair. $89.95 later and was told it was fixed and working. She took it home and began vacuuming but noticed none of the dirt, etc ended up in the clear waste container. I had a clog in my vacuum I was unable to locate. I popped in unannounced and they got right to work and had me out the door within 5 minutes with a great working vacuum again! Very prompt and courteous service I highly recommend these guys.
