I brought in a carpet cleaner that wasn’t spraying water to have it diagnosed. I dropped it off in 10 minutes later they told me what was wrong. Told me I could probably buy the part for cheaper on Amazon. The part came in and now everything‘s working fine. They didn’t charge me a cent and just told me to come back if that didn’t fix the problem.
Knowledgeable about my vacuum and how to fix it. Jim fixed my vacuum in just a few days and it's running like new now!
I just took my shop vacuum to this place and was told that my vacuum wasn't working because my bagless vacuum is full of hair and needed to be emptied out. When I told the older worker that was not the reason that my vacuum was not working, he became unhinged. Hello, I use this vacuum 7 day's a week at my pet grooming shop.
