Recently bought my Kirby from a guy on Facebook market place and I was having a hard time finding bags that would fit my Kirby. When I bought my kirby it already had a bag in it but it needed to be changed. My husband and I were into the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina store on Sunday, March 7th when we decided to stop at this store (for the first and only time) to buy Kirby vacuum bags and ask about service at The R.T.S Company. I've NEVER written a review for any business before, but I JUST HAVE TO show my appreciation for John, who truly went above and beyond for me today! I moved to Myrtle Beach last year and soon after, my G6 was not working properly. I also needed bags and a particular cleaning attachment that I had lost in my move.
