Scheduled a small (commercial) job and I missed the appointment. (Admittedly my mistake) when I realized my mistake, I immediately text, called, sincerely apologized and tried to reschedule. Instead of excepting my apology and rescheduling, Mike Kirby... didn't respond (for several hours) and then when he finally did... informed me (by text) that (all of a sudden) "he was going to pass on the job" that we had agreed on." I felt like this was an emotional response and not a professional one... After all, we all make mistakes ... read more
