Everything about dealing with the Kirby Auto Group is wonderful! The people who work there in any and every capacity make the experience as pleasant and informative as possible. The owner has gone out of his way to create this environment. You never feel pushed to make a decision, the salesmen and the finance department are there to help the buyer make the best decision for them. We highly recommend any of the Kirby locations (we've bought both Subarus and Kias from them) and have sent friends there who thank us.

I had an ABSOLUTELY great experience with the team at Kirby KIA of Ventura. My husband called around to see when the new Telluride would be in and they had it. David P reached out to me and invited me to come down to take a look and test drive it. I test drove the new car and fell in love with it. I negotiated a great deal with the sales team and within a short few hours I drove away in my new Snow White Pearl Telluride. I bring my car to Kirby and ALWAYS have amazing service. Dave, the service writer is always very friendly and on top of things. Chad Sides fixed my car the other day, incredibly professional and very thorough. Before I left, he even checked my oil which wasn't even why I brought it in. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but not at Kirby!
