Today I had my ducts cleaned. First time for me, so I was apprehensive about all that's involved. I expressed my concerns to Amy at the office, she sent Ben, a seasoned technician. Both Amy and Ben are to be commended for their professionalism, friendliness and understanding. Our house it's a fairly good size and in less then 2 hours he was done including the dryer.
