Update #3: As of today, the siding, vapor barrier, OSB, and window flange previously reported as damaged have still not yet been repaired. The owner had indicated in a comment below that I would receive a call today regarding these issues; however, instead I received a letter warning of potential legal action if I did not remove my Facebook post and factual review. KIRBOR North provides an excellent product. I engage daily with the site manager Kimberly and she knows every aspect of the homes and advises on everything from price to construction to builder incentives. The superintendent Devin is also highly specialized and is with the home buyer in the construction piece every step of the way. I highly recommend this builder and sales team for a new construction home.
