Update #3: As of today, the siding, vapor barrier, OSB, and window flange previously reported as damaged have still not yet been repaired. The owner had indicated in a comment below that I would receive a call today regarding these issues; however, instead I received a letter warning of potential legal action if I did not remove my Facebook post and factual review.
