We have lived in our Kirbor home now for 6 months. It was an easy building process and all of our concerns from our walk through until now have been addressed quickly. They worked well with our realtor and always answered our questions. Thanks for a great house!
All in all we had a Fabulous experience! Joy was utterly fantastic with her knowledge in home construction and she was such an awesome help when picking out materials. She was very efficient in responding to emails and phone calls/texts. Joy went over and beyond and we were very grateful for that. Joy and Pablo our project manager helped make a very stressful process as un stressful as possible. No house is perfect old or new but in the end no major issues were found. I built my first home with Kirbor and I could not be happier with the results. Our realtor, Joy was knowledgeable and patient. She made it a smooth process from start to finish. Our builder, Chris took pride in his work and it showed. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result. The Kirbor team is awesome!
I do not recommend buying a home from Kirbor Homes. We purchased what was supposed to be our dream home on Sanderson Road on 6/13/2025. It has turned into a nightmare. We moved in and my husband who is a Master-chief in the Navy, deployed 5 days after getting us moved in. These homes are not quality well built homes. In a span of 16 days our AC had to be ripped out and replaced! The AC replacement team damaged our beautiful wood stairs. Now those have to be fixed. The new AC lasted 6 days before breaking again. Buying a Kirbor home has been one of the worst experiences in home purchasing I have ever experienced (military family so we have been in multiple homes). I would not recommend purchasing a home with this company. Hours... totaling weeks have had to be taken off work to meet with people on issues. Some appointments were multiples, some no shows, some to fix improperly done work.
