Very expensive, not nice and quite rude. Took my car one year ago over there. They took it for a full day just to tell me that my AC was not fixable. But they still wanted to charge me just to tell me they couldn't fix it. At the end, reluctantly, they didn't charge it, but they still charged (very handsomely) the oil and filter change. To make it worse, I took it today to another mechanic close by and they fixed the AC by just adding the missing fluid.
My experience with Kirberg Motors was awesome! The technicians know what they are doing here, and you can really go through every detail about your car with them. Everything was quick, clean and I left with full confidence that my car was going to run fantastic. Excellent service, fair prices - definitely recommend!
The place I go for all my auto problems is Kirberg Motors. They address everything from routine service to larger repairs with precision. The team is very knowledgeable and keeps you updated all the way through, so you know what is happening at every stage. After their service, my car always runs awesome. I have faith in them 100% and I would not go anywhere else!
I had an amazing experience at Kirberg Motors when I took my car in for service. The employees were nice, well-informed, and truthful about which repairs were necessary. I liked that they weren't forcing work on me. Not only was my car ready when they said it would be, but the price was also reasonable.
