I had a congenital mitral valve condition. He performed the TAVR procedure with an excellent outcome. Awesome doctor and staff.
Scheduled appointment at 11:30am and was not seen till 2.5 hours later.
This guy's office is a nightmare to work with. They never pick up the phone. You always go to voicemail or takes 30-45 minutes to get a hold of someone and when you do, they usually can't help you. They took a month to schedule the next appt for my father after his blood test showed some troubling signs. A month! And now, we have been asking them for over a week to get test results from his angiogram and they seem to have no clue about what to do. The doctor himself is clueless. Timely, professional and technically highly skilled interventional cardiologist.
Great difficulty getting this cardiologist to schedule an angioplasty. Waiting now over a week to get it scheduled. I have total blockage of the RCA. His staff have not yet made contact with me. I hope to get scheduled before a blood clot forms and I encounter an unnecessary CVA or MI.
My experience with Dr. Cheruku and his staff has been seamless and pleasant. I am very confident in his support of my cardiovascular care and guidance. His staff is courteous and his facility is easy to access, clean and pleasantly peaceful. His office provides interactive video education while you wait for your appointment - BONUS!
I was very impressed with Dr. Cheruku during my appointment. He was very professional and kind. He seemed like he really cared about helping me find out what was wrong with my health. I'm am confident he will continue to help me get to the bottom of my health issues so I can feel better again. :)
Dr. and staff are the best ever ever! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Short waits. Easy to talk to. On top of your heat conditions and will do the best to help. Would not see any other doctor.
I like Dr. Cheruku and his staff very much. He listens and answers all my questions. With some other doctors I've had (no heart doctors) that is something they don't do so I appreciate this in Dr. Cheruku and his staff.
