While I cannot speak on the doctor, I had terrible experience with the office staff. I had made an appointment as a new patient, and was called a week later and told that the appointment was no available as the doctor won't be in at that time. I didn't reschedule the appointment. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Kira Moore for June 23rd at 11:25 a.m. Due to a heatwave and traffic delays from nearby construction, I arrived around 11:40 a.m. I explained the circumstances upon arrival but was turned away and told I’d have to reschedule. Despite arriving in person, I was still charged a $50 “cancellation” fee. I then rescheduled for June 25th, only to find out I would be charged another $50 for that appointment. Decent doctor, terrible office staff. I was referred to Dr. Moore by another doctor and had a consultation with her once. She appears very knowledgeable and is friendly. However her reception staff is terrible and they have this I-don't-care-if-you-die attitude in every single one of my interactions with them.
