Very weird office, no central A/C, hard to find their door. Doctor and her assistant are professional, but I don't like their bedside manners at all. Very cold business like people, not even saying greetings or introduce themselves .
I am shocked by the treatment from this office's front desk. I scheduled a routine checkup via their app and received confirmation. Two days prior, they called to change the time. I accommodated them, but the receptionist then claimed I was a "new patient"—completely ignoring that this exact doctor performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes in the past.
