Kipton was very patient with us as our out of town relocation plans were in flux for a bit. He graciously met with us on a few occasions over the course of a year to show us properties when we were in town. Always letting us determine the pace and details that we were comfortable with as far as offers, etc. We highly recommend contacting him to be your realtor if you are moving to the greater Greenville/Spartanburg area. Professional, patient, personable and accommodating. Very thankful we worked with him.
Can’t say enough about our experience with Kipton. . He was recommended by our son who also had a great experience We moved to SC in 2023 He made our house hunt and move seamless. We were always able to contact him with quick response to all our questions. Kipton is super knowledgeable about real estate and the Greenville area . He gave us great recommendations for projects after closing too! Highly recommend Kipton and would use him again for any real estate needs in the future .

I’m going to give you the honest truth. Buying a house is very stressful and truthfully kind of sucks. With that said Kip does a whole lot to make it an easier process. I was supposed to close on my house the day Helene hit. It was a tough time and even with that Kip helped me get through it.
