I dropped 2 of my wife's watches off for new batteries and to take a couple links out( .This was one week before Christmas) I have went by and called a couple times . I was able to pick watches up on Jan 14 th. With a price of 65.00 for 2 batteries and removal of one link . Batteries are only few dollars each . Will never ever go back
